In both cases you're confirming who you are, not typing a plain code — that distinction matters for how it applies.

The conditions that catch people out

Three conditions cause almost every failed attempt. First, the discount applies to full-price pieces only — a final-sale or outlet item won't count. Second, there's a spend floor, commonly around $80, so a cart below it won't trigger the reduction. Third, it runs solo: you can't layer a separate voucher on the same order. Line those three up before you expect the discount to land.

How to verify without a bounce
