Filing a notice

Email hello@cettirediscountcode.com with ‘DMCA’ in the subject line and include: a description of the work you say is infringed; the exact URL on this site where it appears; your contact details; a statement, made in good faith, that the use isn't authorised; and a statement that the information you've given is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

On receiving a complete, good-faith notice, we'll review it promptly and remove or disable the material in question where appropriate. We may let the person who posted the content know, so they can respond if they believe the claim is mistaken.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was an error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the content, its former location, and your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake. We'll consider it fairly before deciding whether to restore the material.
